On March 15th, 2021, the Indiana Hoosiers faced off against the Michigan State Spartans in Bloomington, Indiana. IU won the match 2-1 after goals from Victor Bezerra and Daniel Munie.

On April 17th, 2021, the Indiana Hoosiers hosted the Penn State Nittany Lions in Bloomington, Indiana to determine the 2020/21 Big Ten tournament champion. IU won 3-2 on penalties after the match ended 1-1 in regulation. Sophomore goalkeeper Roman Celentano made 2 penalty saves to clinch the match for Indiana.
